Bought for a teenager with ADD/ADHD. Very good quality and feel. It was exactly as described. Bought a full size comforter. It fits on top of the mattress as it should. The young man I bought it for said it had a major impact on his ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. It helped the first night he used it. I would recommend getting a washable duvet cover. A 15 pound duvet would need to be washed at a laundromat in a double or triple load machine - home washing machines probably couldn't handle that weight. The information I received with the duvet said anything over 12lbs should be washed in a commercial machine.
