I needed this for a red themed event and when it was too late I realized it was definitely not 100% silk, though something was advertised as such and had a fake tag sewn in to say so. Not sure why there are so many positive reviews when it is clearly polyester or some other synthetic fabric. If it were silk, the creases would be quickly ironed out if the fabric was steamed and hand washed. They're still there, as fresh as the day I opened them. I have many silk blouses and I can feel the difference. The buyer is wary of false advertising.
