Excellent Baking Sheets on Baking Sheets and Cookies

Excellent Quality Baking Sheets. I've made cookies with this a few times, and I usually use parchment paper because my old cookie sheets stick a bit, but they don't have this problem. They are strong, have a good weight and are not skinny at all. I use a griddle to sear the chicken thighs so they don't get soggy and it works well.
