Straps that run from the bottom of the bag to the top of the thighs - one of these straps is half twisted. It's not even a defect; They do it on purpose because it's a little cheaper to make. Unforgivable. Almost three stars, but again, the deliberate lack of design is a strong argument for one star. So I'll split the difference and give this offensively low product design two stars. The materials are pretty good. It's a shame they wasted these materials on a bad product. Update: the more I buy, the more it seems like every company does it the same way! I wish they'd all gone a step further by dressing the straps so they both lay flat from the patch to the waist. If anyone finds such a magical unicorn ribbon, please share! We will definitely upgrade this product to three stars. It would be unfair to classify them as inferior due to a design flaw that nobody else fixes.
