I have all the sponges available. My current favorite is probably still the reliable BRS, although it can't be used with soap. I tried the new ULtra black with soap and I didn't like it. In general it is too small. I used the new SB sponge with soap and it worked fine. Holds a ton of water and foam. Haven't used the no rinse solution yet but will update soon. I plan to use BRS and SB sponges together, SBS for large horizontal boards and BRS for vertical boards.
