I am very satisfied and impressed with it. I saw a physical therapist who said that using a wedge pillow like this is very beneficial, especially for those who have back problems. The hips rise above the knees as they should. I have tried coccyx cushions but they are not what I needed. My problem is not the tailbone. My problem is the butt, the back and the fact that I have to sit up a bit. Coccyx cushions actually put more pressure on my glutes and muscles. The tongue on the back is pushed into the slot of the seat to keep it in place. It's just the right amount of support and softness. The top of the cushion is covered in mesh to keep it cool, comfortable and prevent you from slipping on it, which is perfect. I was very impressed with the customer service. It was not a premium item and said delivery could take 7-10 days. They shipped it straight away and I received it two days later and although it wasn't in the best condition, shipping was free. Shortly after placing my order, after some time I received an email that the item had been shipped and was on its way. So I definitely give it 5 stars. There were plenty of these that were a lot more expensive but I don't see them any better so it was very good value for money.
