They are very helpful in providing us with detailed reports about our ads that they block. It's also nice when we're able to provide feedback if an ad has been blocked or not. I wish there was an easier way to export those reports other than exporting them as images which takes up quite some space. Exclusion Sites is great! There really aren't any downsides to using this product. If anything, their support staff is always quick at answering questions and helping out when needed. Protecting our clients' brands from bad links that could hurt their reputation.
