The same hub worked perfectly. 1.5 TB was pumped at an average speed of about 80 mb/s, the flash drive was downloading about 220 mb/s. I concluded that the previous craft did not have a full-fledged usb 3.0 and poor power supply, in this one everything is as it should be.
