As good as an adult toothbrush
As good as an adult toothbrush. From the reviews I was concerned that the bristles would spread quickly, but this hasn't happened to us. I brush my sons teeth to this day, kids tend to put too much pressure when brushing their teeth, so maybe that's why? If my son brushed his teeth, the bristles would certainly be splayed.
