This is a good chair, comparable to more expensive executive chairs. Support and adjustability are very good. Adjustments include seat height, headrest height, armrest forward/back and height, backrest angle, and backrest tension. The backrest can be locked in three different angles or simply left open to recline at will. I think this chair is good for medium to tall people. Small people (e.g. 5ft 0in or less) may find it difficult to put their feet on the floor even when the chair is fully lowered.
