Review on Optimized Searchability: Garmin QuickFit 26 Silicone Watch Band by Myrv Santamaria

Although the description on the Garmin website says it works with the Fenix 3 (I have a Fenix 3 HR) it doesn't elaborate further. My 3HRs came with a non-QuickFit harness that must be removed by unscrewing the mounting posts that connect it. Luckily I had replaced the tape beforehand and had the appropriate tool from a replacement kit that fits the tiny screws in the mounting racks. This item comes without tools so I don't know how I would change the straps if I didn't already have the tools.
