I liked best was it could connect easily via Dropbox, allowing me access from anywhere in my home network as well as remotely through our intranet server (which has been known not always reliable).

The application itself does feel dated -- but you do what's right by using this product regardless of how old or new its design! It doesn't work like other systems where files are stored locally so if one were lost/deleted there would be no way to retrieve them without copying all over again which can take minutes depending upon number being copied etc. This isn't easy at times because certain people have changed their passwords after they've created accounts elsewhere such as dropbox - meaning we then need to get into password recovery process instead just re-creating account since now user cannot login directly unless provided correct username / email address & pw to recover first time around. We use xanalys powercase mostly when conducting.
