We ordered a pair of these headphones hoping they wouldn't be too quiet like a lot of kids headphones - we wanted to limit the volume but tried everything else, the volume limits are too low that even children in a car with moderate road noise and the like cannot hear it. They fix this with two much more sensible audio capping settings. One of the two we got was dead on arrival - it made no sound. We contacted the company and they immediately sent a promptly shipped replacement with no questions asked. Since then we haven't had any more problems. The company deserves a lot of credit for being so responsive and genuinely supporting their product, so I'm not deducting any stars from the overall rating.
