I can't believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.

Kopeck piece 55 m2 cleans well. A little long, of course, due to the lack of a map, but it does the main job. Battery consumption for cleaning such an area is about 60%. Application how to connect. I'm writing from memory, if I forgot something, I'm sorry. 1) Download the application to your smartphone or tablet. 2) Run the application, select the country 2022 and create an account 3) Login to your account 4) On the “add robot” screen, select the roomba 900 series (don’t let that bother you, it’s so “charming” it was done simply, later you will see a screen with the choice of the 600 series). 5) Next, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password for it (your smartphone must be connected to Wi-Fi, and the vacuum cleaner must be in a reliable reception area and be charged). 6) Press and hold two buttons on the vacuum cleaner for a couple of seconds (return home and spot cleaning), the WiFi icon on its body will light up green. 7) Minimize the application, go to the wifi settings of your smartphone and connect to the network with the word roomba at the beginning. 8) The WiFi icon on the robot will turn white. The vacuum cleaner will say that you are connected and you need to return to the application to complete the setup. 9) Return to the application. If you see there that an ate is taking place, wait for it to finish. If the ate takes too long (more than 20 minutes), then most likely the robot's software has already been ated for a long time, and the application simply stutters with the status display. Close the application, after a while it will droop. Further, the application works stably and does not fall off. Outcome: Its money (if it lasts a long time) is worth it. Yes, it is not as functional as the Chinese for this money, but what is the use of these navigations, maps and other goodies if an inexpensive Chinese vacuum cleaner is designed for +/- a year of service? Is it possible, take roomba 976 and higher (i7, i9), is the budget limited and satisfied with the basic functionality? - take this one, leave it for cleaning and do not interfere in the process. Keep away from water, the dust container cannot be washed. Remove pet bowls. All the best. Stopped charging, the contacts on the base are no longer pressed. Trash

Pros
  • Cleans well, sweeps debris out of corners. There is Wi-Fi. Controlled via the iRobot Home app, controlled by voice with Google Assistant. You can create a cleaning calendar, you can create a cleaning cycle with a time limit (from 15-45min). Doesn't fall off cabinets. Good battery, charges quickly. Good permeability. You can buy virtual walls, inexpensive consumables. High reliability and long service life (hopefully).
Cons
  • Poor functionality. Does not work with LightHouse motion coordinators. Stupid upon arrival at the docking station. It drives in correctly, but after that it starts to fidget to the left to the right and demolishes it. Normally calls in one time out of three. The app is working but needs improvement.
