Looks and works well but the instructions are specific not to use teflon tape between your hand and head and you will definitely need it. Mine leaks like crazy without it and I tried tightening it with a pipe wrench (with a rag wrapped around the pipe) and it ripped all the paint off right away. Now I can't tighten it or take the head off my hand for fear it will scratch even more. Painted with enamel but it looks terrible. Teflon tape is required at the hand/head interface; Don't listen to the instructions in this step. It keeps making a "drip-drip" noise even after a shower, even if it's not dripping. He seems to retain excess water in his head after turning off the water. Also the color is not butter bronze but matte black. I'll probably take it off and spend some more money to get a better one.
