Great shower head. Plumbing installed with no problems. I love the ability to tilt/swivel the shower head when I don't want to get my hair wet. Definitely recommend.

I like the volume but it beats our 50 gallon water heater which is new. No problem with the tank; This head only uses a ton of water. If you like long showers, you must use it with a water heater. We had to get him out.

Bought this shower head. Worked fine for a month and then suddenly it broke on the side and flooded my newly renovated bathroom along with the carpet in front of my bathroom. Extremely disappointed with this product. Tried to contact the supplier after return or find a solution as it didn't take very long. The phone number is invalid and the email is full. Nice to see that all parts are included including hardware and tools for installation. The unit is well designed and we had no trouble installing the shower head. In terms of performance, this is a beautiful and rich waterfall. Soft and really nice to enjoy. We will be replacing our other showerheads with NearMoon. Carry on in the same spirit. I absolutely LOVE my new shower head. It was a bit difficult to find something that would fit in my bathroom as most of the showerheads are chrome. It was very easy to install and it came with everything you need! And the water flow is fantastic. I would recommend. Looks and works well but the instructions are specific not to use teflon tape between your hand and head and you will definitely need it. Mine leaks like crazy without it and I tried tightening it with a pipe wrench (with a rag wrapped around the pipe) and it ripped all the paint off right away.
