I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this tool without any training required! It's very customizable which makes creating different types of emails easier than other tools out there (like Mailchimp). The customer support team has been great as well - they are always willing to help if needed throughout our process from beginning-to end. There isn't anything really specific about app forma we dislike; however, some features would be nice additions such as an autoresponder feature allowing us to send automated follow up messages after sending initial ones instead of having to do all these steps manually again & again when using multiple templates at once within one account. We have used them since 2014 but only recently started implementing more advanced automation into each template rather then doing things ourselves every time. This helps save both money AND saves valuable work hours spent working individually.
