In this case, it is true that they did not make a mistake; I make frequent use of the camera. For me personally, Touch ID is pointless and a cruel waste of time. After a week of use, it is no longer able to differentiate between the different fingers on the phone and the iPad. And having to keep hammering it over and again is very aggravating. To summarize, if you already own an air1, you can safely forego purchasing this pad and instead wait for Apple to release further innovative products.
