Review on HealthMate IN9514: 12V Heated Massage Lumbar Cushion 💆 - Optimal Back Support for Lower Back and Lumbar Relief by Bridgette Johnson

We bought 2 of these heated back massagers. I bought the first one for my husband in December 2014 as a Christmas present. He always complains that his work truck doesn't have enough back support and that his muscles are so sore from the long daily commute. It seemed like the perfect solution. The strap connecting it to the seat broke within the first week, but once he found another way to hold it in place it didn't matter much. Massage and heat worked until November 2015 and was used an average of 8-10 hours per week. To be honest I think he got so much use out of it that it was worth the money! However, his heart was broken when the motor stopped working, so I quickly ordered another to replace it. I didn't even look at the others because we already know from 11 months of use that this one works well and for the price I'm willing to replace it after a year if needed. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because the bracelet broke so easily and it only lasted 11 months. I'm more than happy with it, but I'm sure there are people who will be extremely dissatisfied with a product that lasts less than a year and may want to consider other products before buying this one.
