I am very disappointed with this product! It works so I don't think it's right to return it. But it is difficult to get the iPhone to charge. You must keep your mouth properly or keep your hand on the phone for the device to charge. Once the phone starts charging and you don't touch or move the charger, the phone completes the charging cycle. No problem charging the iwatch. I would not recommend this charging station.
