I was dying to use them as a base for masks. I love the resealable packaging (containing 10 masks in one resealable pack) and love that both sides are all white. However, the ear straps detach too easily from the mask. It is not glued and not securely attached. I don't know, maybe I just have a bad batch, but in some cases I just took 2 out of the pack and the elastic came loose from both masks. Separate the cases again, everything was fine from the packaging this time, but when I put an elastic on one ear and pulled to wrap it around the other ear, the elastic/strap detached from the mask leaving behind a dangling mask that was useless. . I take care of masks. I place them on my face or dip them on my chin as needed. So far, unfortunately, the ones I have used have not withstood this normal wear and tear. I hope that the elastic bands (strap) are more securely attached to other masks in the package.
