Review on Enhancing Performance: Flow Fx 2.25" (Off/Cen) Exhaust Muffler by Andrew Cramer

I have a 4 cylinder Scion and wanted to add more sound to it. I didn't want to just remove the stock muffler or resonator and be done with it. I wasn't looking for that nasty, over the top sounding exhaust, especially on my 4 cylinder engine. After some research I decided to just change the muffler and stumbled across the Flowmaster. After reviewing all the series offered, I settled on the FX series. I tried searching YouTube for the Soundbite but all I found was a couple of trucks. So I decided I would give it a try. And I made the right decision. The muffler itself is a great body. It's well built and the welding looks professional. Just by holding it, I can say I'm holding a good device. The sound is exactly what I wanted. No hum and loud when I want it. Cold start sounds great too. And the faucet or gas in the parking lot makes a nice sound. Very helpful.
