Fits 2000 5.3L Suburban, works on both left and right side

Exactly what I needed and worked as expected. It's a bit pricey compared to the generic ones, but I didn't want to risk a cheap device, although they're probably made the same way as the cheap ones. But as I said, it works as it should, so at least I have some peace of mind.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Good price for ACDelco 214-1047 air supply valve. Bought two.

I liked the price and the part is the same as the one I replaced on my 2001 GMC Sierra truck. I replaced both air valves on the driver's side and passenger's side. It only took me about 30 minutes after finding the tools to use. My truck runs fine now and no more stupid lights are on.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Lightly dented

Worked as expected

Worked as expected. I replaced both after wrestling with them a bit. But removing the assembly from the exhaust manifold and using a vice made the job a lot easier. I only recommend that before attempting this that you buy new gaskets to replace those that are likely to be burnt when you remove the nodes. They're cheap, so it shouldn't be too draining on the wallet.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • Fine

1256-773 GM Part - Exhaust and Emissions

1256-7733 is a GM part number. If you go to the dealer this part is $57.50, it's a great buy. If you have the money for something extra you can buy a valve that comes already screwed onto the new pipe, it's worth the money. These valves are difficult to remove from the pipes and if I ever need to replace them again I buy the ones that come already bolted to the pipes unless you want to mess with removing the old valve and just use your old pipes use. Don't forget to buy washers if you replace…

Pros
  • Sleek and modern design
Cons
  • Disappears

Worked great to solve my P1416 code on 2000 Silverado

Worked great to solve my P1416 code on 2000 Silverado. If you need to replace this, consider getting the ones that have hoses attached. I'm nimble and with the right wrenches and penetrating lube I STILL had to use heat to break them. It's a steel pipe attached to the exhaust that this aluminum valve is attached to. They got stuck. I did my job, but it might have cost a few bucks more to get the piped version, especially for those uncomfortable using a blowtorch next to the engine! - Chris
