Ideal for installing a ring door camera.
Ideal for attaching my outer ring chamber to a bar. This is necessary for battery-powered ring cameras, as they won't tip over and incorrectly detect motion when upside down (although this isn't an issue for indoor cameras). The retaining ring is $20 for one, which is ridiculous. They are very easy to install and strong (metal, not cheap plastic). I used the second one for an indoor camera that was just sitting on the counter. I would recommend them for any type of indoor or outdoor ceiling or wall mounting.
