That's exactly what I wanted.
This is exactly the device I wanted. I only have one circuit powering my ceiling fan, so I've always had to control it with pull cords. I now have full control over both the light and the fan AND the speed. The remote control and Google Home are easy to pair according to the instructions. The setup was very difficult for me. I really had to make sure the wires were routed perfectly and the device EASILY slipped into my mount. Some points raised by other reviewers: - Beep can be turned off in SmartLife app if it bothers you [see below]. my video]. - I can change the fan speed with Google Home.
