Not a music lover but the call quality is good enough for business calls. No complaints from the other end and it was quiet for an hour with no one complaining that they couldn't hear me. Processing quality is ok. Pairs easily with two Windows 10 PCs using either the PC's built-in Bluetooth or the headset's included BT dongle. Tested Spotify playback and all buttons on headset work (play/pause, next and previous). One cool thing is that the music/video automatically pauses when you remove your headset. Likewise, an incoming call will be answered if you hang up. A few notes: - Installed Plantronics Hub software, which allows you to view headset status (including remaining battery/talk time) or change headset settings, e.g. B. whether to pause/resume the music when a call comes in. However, it does not recognize the headset when connected to the laptop's built-in Bluetooth. This only works when I use a key. - I can never get the mute button on my headset to work with MS Teams. - Stupid that only the headset was delivered - there is no charging station! The support solved the problem and partially refunded the money, so I was able to buy the stand separately.
