The support team is very friendly & helpful if you have any questions or concerns about your account! I love that they are always willing to help with anything we need - even when it's not their department/area of expertise (we had some issues in our email setup which was outside their realm).

We've been using OMC for almost 2 years now & haven't experienced much at all from them aside from occasional minor glitches here & there. They're definitely worth checking out because they offer great customer service. Our website has grown by leaps since going live through OM.
