So the product itself isn't bad unless you plan on customizing it too much. To adjust a platform you need to push/pull the two legs and then hold them in place by turning the locking knob. This means that with a little effort you can accidentally adjust one of the legs without much sense. This also means that you cannot tell if the table is level. One of the parts I received was also warped but I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. So it's not great, but it's not bad either - overall I think it's pretty average. Update: I'm still having a similar experience but I have to give this one another star because the customer service is excellent.
