Great product that will definitely speed up the morning pancake ritual. I kneaded the dough the night before, popped a pancake stick in the fridge and was able to quickly bake a stack of pancakes before the kids went downstairs. Cleaning was very easy as you can unscrew the top and bottom (use a bottle brush). The batter didn't spill, didn't drip everywhere like I was using a spoon or measuring cup. For the most part it was easy to use. The main downside for me was that I bought it to make pancake "art" - just some doodles for kids to make breakfast more fun. Unfortunately, the tip of this "pen" is too wide to draw anything accurately. Also, the dough came out unevenly, so no matter how hard I tried to draw a line, I ended up getting circles. As you can see in my photos the circles come out perfectly. I'd have to play with it some more to see if I could get a different thickness in the batter or try other creative pancake images.
