Blindness Review: Button and Port Layout. Open the computer on your lap or on the table in front of you. The AC power jack is the small round plug in the top right corner. At the bottom right is a full-size USB port. In the left corner is the headphone/microphone jack. Below that is a full-size HDMI port. Below that is a micro SD card slot. The power button is the top right key on the keyboard. You have to hold it down for 3 seconds to boot up. turn on. If you move to the left you have a delete key. On the left is the application key. The home button is located just below the power button. The end button is at the bottom right. You can feel the left and right arrows because the buttons are of course larger than the up and down arrows, two buttons between the left and right arrows. To increase the volume, hold down the FN key, it is located to the right of the left control key and F3, to decrease the volume, FN F2. This computer doesn't have a fan and an SSD, and the processor doesn't make much noise either. So after turning on the computer, wait 10 seconds and press Ctrl + Windows + Enter to start Narrator and install Windows. The computer itself is small and light. I'd say about the size of a Mac Book Air. The speakers are on the bottom and sound better than expected. The download and launch speed of the application is faster than expected. The computer is always responsive, the keyboard is easy to type. I have medium/large hands. The F-keys don't have a space between F4, F8, etc. The audio hardware cuts out quickly, so you might routinely skip the first syllable of what's being said when using a screen reader. Battery life is good. The computer gets warmer in mains operation than in battery mode, that's to be expected, but it doesn't get hot. within reach. The WiFi signal is stable. I've only had this computer a few days, but in my experience it's a very good machine, especially for the price.
