Impossible to squeeze
Squeezing these bottles requires strong fingers and I am young and have no problems with my arm muscles. You are too rigid. If you like to add liquids and oils this can work in your favor and dose 1 drop at a time. If you want to put lotion in, I wouldn't recommend it.
