It works great in diagnostic, test and measurement tools
I bought this tester to work in conjunction with a 135A load tester for my automotive shop but I found it to be great with SLA and AGM batteries like Well works. This showed that the new pair of AGM 12V 60Ah power chair batteries were not equally compatible, one was 98% compatible and the other was 88% compatible. I even tested a 12V 9Ah SLA battery for an old jumper box that I tested at normal 13.2V but didn't work under load. In my opinion it was worth the price as I also had the opportunity to test these smaller batteries.
