I previously wrote the following review with one star but am now changing it to four stars. I got the tech support address "amazonsupport-us@transcend-info.com" from their reply to another Revain review. I have written to them and they have provided instructions keeping the device connected now. I haven't had any problems in the last month and the device works fine. I'm deducting a star because (1) their technical support website is unavailable as per the original review below; (2) The above technical support email address was not provided with the product (and is not listed on the website as far as I know). -- This device will not stay connected no matter what settings are used in the provided software. (Now macOS 15.4, but older versions of macOS are also relevant. The tech support is terrible. It took me a long time to fill out a tech support request. It won't be accepted until I specify the device and there's no space for that the form to specify the device also I received a form with pages where I clicked on the device before I filled the form in. If it works then it's ok but I regret the purchase.
