***1/30/15 UPDATE ***: WOW, again amazed by the service at BTI. I received the replacement block in a few days (don't know how it went but GREAT). This DEVICE is perfect: the fan turned on immediately, keeping the device COOL and charging all three batteries and the controller in 60 minutes (40% battery health). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Product and Supplier - 10 STARS ***UPDATE 01/28/16***: The customer service from this supplier was amazing. I received several quick emails from NANCY who promptly returned my payment and confirmed that the item's fan may have been damaged in transit. She confirmed zero revenue from fan troubles. I am very happy with the speed of this device. Of course, I use my off-the-shelf SMART Power Charger to condition and charge these batteries, but this thing [.] is too bulky to take in an RV. Additionally, THIS charger EXPLODES all three batteries, PLUS the controller, to life in 80 minutes - then it sequentially cuts power to each battery after each battery has been charged. Since the failure of my device was possibly just an accident and due to NANCY's "unbeatable" service, I upgraded it to 5 stars and ordered a replacement device. Well I really wanted to love this thing. I charged three batteries that were at 20% and all three came back to life in 80 minutes. BIG! The problem is that 15 minutes into the process I smelled an "electric" burnt smell and noticed the fan wouldn't turn on. The case got incredibly hot. Hot scrambled eggs. Then, when the batteries were charged to the limit, power was automatically disconnected from each battery, one at a time. This reduced the load and the plant began to cool down. He went through it but I think I have a dead fan. I have contacted the supplier and will update my post if they give me guidance. Three stars because it would have been easy if the fan hadn't died.
