mostly work. The rubber grips on my original controller started to blister and fall off, so I needed a new pair. Shipping was fast and arrived earlier than expected which is a plus. The left grip doesn't fit as well, however, as it's a bit too big and slightly raised where the grip meets the top of the controller. It's noticeable but not enough to warrant a refund and negligible during use which is why I kept it.
