We've replaced this several times. The quality is much better than before. We had to call a plumber and pull out the plastic stuck in the previous one's faucet. This one had a brass insert. It was well packaged as the previous one we bought was poorly packaged. Spend a little more money and get this one. The motion where you just have to twist the nozzle to get a spray is a plus. Many people have an additional gadget that can go wrong that this one is so easy and just perfect for us. I can't say more because it's the best we've ever had. My husband said the instructions were so clear and so easy to change. After using it for a few days I found it easy to use and switch from one mode to another, from spray to regular flow. I almost wanted to buy one to have as a backup in case I need another faucet around the house as the price has come down a bit since I bought the last one two weeks ago.
