I received these running shorts yesterday and ran 5 miles in them this morning. My first thought upon unpacking was that the material felt too heavy. Thought I'd try them anyway. I'm 5'11", I weigh 200 pounds and my waist is 35". I chose size XL, it fits me perfectly and offers great support thanks to the integrated inner shoe. The integrated inner pocket is big enough for an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the shorts themselves have multiple pockets with a zipped pocket on the right side. Overall I am very happy with these shorts and will probably order another pair.
