Stencils are one of those things that increase productivity. Whether you use them for crafting (e.g. for borders), industrial shipping and manufacturing (for quickly marking a large quantity of something), or simply for interior decoration (for creating beautiful repeating patterns), stencils are great. I couldn't beat the price for the 7mm stencil stock, and it's 300mm x 300mm, not quite 12" x 12" but very close. I have used stencil templates in a number of ways and overall this stencil material is very good. For the price, it simply can't be beat. A few things to help you meet your expectations. I think, most of you know that the material tends to bend a bit. So when the blade cuts through this template material, it "raises" it a little. Because the material doesn't cut cleanly (and I've tried many new blades and settings - the material is too "stretchy" to make a clean cut), it tears a bit when working on medium to fine parts. results in less than perfectly sharp cutouts, and when using ink or spray paint, the ink or paint tends to pool under protruding areas of the stencil. Again, these stencils can't be beat for the price. . Be aware of both their abilities and their limitations.
