Review on Pro-Art Translucent Art Box with Organizer Top, White and Navy Blue - 12x6x5 inch by Dawn Fischer

I bought one of these boxes to keep markers for my daughter. The declared dimensions are 12x6x5 but these are the maximum dimensions. If you look closely at the picture, you can see that the parts of the box are separated from each other, which greatly affects the size of the main compartment. From my measurements, most of the main compartment is only about 11 inches long, not even 5 inches wide, not even 4 inches high (and it has a concave bottom!). So it was too small for what we actually wanted to do with it. But we stuck a few markers in anyway, and after a few days, a few jagged bits detached from the edges of the lid. I give the product 2 stars because it has a decent 5 compartment organizer which can be useful for storage. very small items such as pearls. And it's quite possible that the thing wouldn't have broken if it had been handled very carefully. However, I would not recommend this product.
