I have a Mirror Me photo box from Fotomaster. PQ Labs touchpads failed after only 2 years of use. The photographer charged me $900 for a replacement. PQ Labs quoted me $400 and 3 weeks waiting time plus import duties. I took a chance and bought this one because I was concerned the reviews were mixed and the price seemed too low. When I received it I had several problems. I use 65" touchpads on a mirror of the same size to control the 48" screen. The alignment was wrong, as were the sensors. I contacted their support, got a response within an hour and they sent me a calibration tool that fixed everything. You should offer the tool to everyone without asking. Still, I'm more than impressed with the support. We exchanged emails for 2 days and each time I got a response almost immediately. With so many apps out there, support is important. This company knows how to support their product. Yes, and touchpads work much better than PQ Labs touchpads. Simply smoother and more precise. Very very happy to say the least. Thanks!
