Enhanced Touchscreen Experience with GreenTouch Points Infrared Overlay Screen 32 - GT-IR-F32.0-1 Review

Everything works as advertised! I use Linux and this worked straight away. But be careful! TV screen size is usually 1/2 inch smaller than advertised. I've shopped at Best Buy and that goes for EVERY TV they've sold. Finding a TV that fits properly is very difficult. Apparently there is calibration software that can fix this problem, but it's strange that no link comes with the product. All the links I see on the Amazon page are dead.

Good product and it works as advertised but the packaging almost damaged the connection cables and the instructions were missing, with a little trial and error you can figure it out.

I ordered a second one hoping the first one was defective. The IR touch point is in centimeters from the target point on the screen.

My package arrived damaged (not the seller's fault) and the seller worked with me to replace it. After receiving the replacement unit, it was easy to assemble and set up. I am very happy with this purchase.

Ease of installation. Touch accuracy is limited and very sensitive to false touches. Anything that violates the beam path is registered as a touch. Must be very precise in use. Screen edge accuracy is poor.

Installed on TCL 55" 4K TV with 3M VHB 5952 Heavy Duty Mounting Tape, 0.25" wide and 5 yards long. There's really nothing to do other than calibrate within Windows. No drivers need to be installed manually.

For the price the product works great. Remember that a plugged-in computer works just like anything plugged into a computer. I also understand that it doesn't perform like a $9,000 touchscreen, and it won't rattle as much on a TV as if it were made of glass.

The bezel makes it truly touchscreen. I can open applications. I can close applications. This is because the touch part is about 8 inches from the screen. Your fingers will work, but I strongly recommend something like a stylus because your fingers are thick enough to miss some touches. Set up was easy, once you assembled it I plugged it into the USB hub provided by the monitor and it worked just like HID was supposed to. This thing works fine. You need to align it directly over the screen. I taped it to an old 40 inch smart tv. It works very well in a limited UI. Doing things like double clicking is a little tricky

I was very skeptical when I ordered this. However, it works exactly as they claim. Easy to assemble and set up ZERO. If you're looking for an inexpensive way to create a large touchscreen for presentations or command centers, look no further. It just works.

I was very skeptical about the purchase at first, but decided to settle for a lot of rave reviews. When we received the frame and started assembling it, we found that some small parts were bent. That's quality. I build stands with it. They keep in touch for us 24/7 and fail. So far we haven't had a single problem with them.

At first the instructions were only in Chinese but luckily there were pictures so I could figure out how to put everything together. I felt very weak and afraid that I would break it when assembling it. After assembling the frame, I spent several hours getting it up and running. I have to admit that GreenTouch tried to help me with some suggestions via email, I probably spent about 4 hours in total. Sent back to seller. I couldn't get it to work anywhere other than the Windows desktop. It arrived within 4 days via Revain UPS. It has been packaged in a mailing tube to provide maximum protection from damage in transit. Assembly is done with the supplied screwdriver and takes about half an hour on a clean, flat work surface. Ordered 2 of these to enhance my presentations in a work environment. There is absolutely no consistency in trying to use it. I would estimate that 95% of the time it is unresponsive. I bought an all inclusive touch screen TV and couldn't be happier. Unlike this addon, it is intuitive and 100% responsive.

I don't write reviews but this product and products like it have very few reviews so thought this would be helpful. The product is on Revain Prime and wasn't delivered in two days I think it was 4 or 5. It was very easy to set up. Comes in 4 sticks and you need to screw them together with the screws provided to build the frame (no screen, it's just a frame). I had to buy double sided tape to attach it to the TV. The frame is a little less than 1" wide, so purchase 1/2" wide double-sided tape. I

Assembly and installation was easy. This is the cheapest touch screen. The plug and play function of this device worked, my computer recognized it immediately. I installed it on a 32" VIZIO HD LED Smart TV with video quality comparable to HD computer monitors. When using the touchscreen, the cursor stays in the same relative position on the screen, but remains blank until used again. The touchscreen capability was a great addition to my system.
