***Update: The supplier responded very quickly and sent a new replacement cord. Very happy with this purchase and great after sale customer service. The kids continue to love it and love it when all their friends come. **** This is a great zip line! We got it specifically for the 250-pound weight limit and spring brake, both of which have been tested and work properly. The seat is strong. I didn't give it 5 stars just because I think the seller should have included tree guards or offered them as an upgrade. We've had it installed for about a week now and it's digging into the tree. We should definitely get something. Also, the plastic covering the metal "beginning" of the zipline is already worn from use and some of the metal is frayed, see picture. I suspect a bit of tape might work, but I think that would be an ongoing problem. Otherwise it's great and a lot of fun. But don't forget to get some tree guards too!
