Just installed. My Christmas present. I'm still trying to figure it out. The water is not very warm yet. The controls are confusing, but I'm working on it because I want to love it. Looks good, comfortable seat. I will increase my rating when I use it. UPDATE: I love it! I have bowel problems and this bidet seat has helped me a lot. Convenient, practical, pleasant, efficient. Gets me out of the toilet much faster and cleaner. We enlarged the manual, printed it out, and put it in a plastic bag until we got comfortable with the controls. Update: 6 months later, still works great. We hate using another bathroom, so now we're figuring out how to move the potty outlet to the guest room and install another Alpha for our guests and for us. Luckily, the husband comes in handy — he can hook up to power from the other side of the wall. ++ 6 month update: I like it even better and after 6 months of regular use no more hemorrhoids. He tidies his pockets which sometimes causes a problem. It worked for me, although I can't say it works for others unless their problem is the same. Sometimes they hurt a little, but not now that they're gone, and to my great surprise, they're gone. Guess I'll continue my regular use so they don't come back.
