We have a pizza oven and didn't know anything about the shell. We had a steel crust and some pretty serious starting problems. Decided you need something like this peel to start, then switch to steel to flip the pizza and take it out of the oven. Who would have thought it would take so many things to make a damn pizza. Either way, this bowl, plus some semolina flour, and your starting problems are solved (if you had problems with dough sticking). The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the folding handle makes it a little wobbly. You can decide if the space savings are worth the slight hesitation. Suitable for Ooni Koda if anyone is interested.
