A few days later, one earphone completely stopped working. I contacted Market support, requested a refund, did everything according to Market's instructions, sent my ears to the service center. As a result, for a month they could not give the status on the appeal, it is not displayed anywhere in the personal account, in the support chat they were constantly fed with empty promises of informing. As a result, after a month of such a rigmarole, they requested confirmation that the courier delivered the ears to the service. Sent the information back, since then only silence. Apparently, the support specialists themselves do not even know whether the ears arrived at the service or not, because the courier was through . Taxi, and they display this, and this was done according to their own instructions. In general, the ears themselves are excellent, but I recommend buying them not here, but in the store itself, so that if something happens later, not through Market support, but directly. It seems to me that I would have resolved the issue in a couple of weeks if I had done so.
