As others have pointed out the color is slightly different but it wouldn't be noticeable unless you knew it was a replacement. Also the attachment point doesn't match 100% but as soon as you reattach the pad it is noticeable. Probably the biggest difference between OEM and replacement is that they are removable and pushed back a bit. It initially pops up when lowering and raising the visor, but seems to take the kit and work like the original. Would buy again if needed. Tip: To remove the screw cap, use a paint can opener and pull from the side, not the front.
