Review on Set Of 6 Aquasana Glass Water Bottles With BPA-Free Lids, 18 Oz Each by Kari Barley

I am currently juicing and was looking for a way to store the day's juice without having several full plastic solo cups sitting in my fridge, which was a HUGE mess waiting to happen (I'm extremely clumsy). These are fairly easy to fill using the juicer's container with a pouring lip, but you have to pay attention to what you're doing. The glass is really thick, they appear to be extremely sturdy, and I haven't had any issues cleaning them. Usually if I just rinse them out as soon as I use them, no bottle brush needed (or dish soap for that matter). Otherwise, I'll let it soak with hot water for a bit and just as easy to clean. Because of my clumsiness, I'm worried that I'm going to break them, so I found silicone sleeves by another Best Buy seller that I ordered (haven't received them yet), so that should hopefully help avoid breakage. Although the glass is so thick, it might be harder to break than I think. Would be nice if Aquasana provided the silicone sleeves as an option, rather than having to go find something made by someone else that will "hopefully" fit. The plastic caps don't bother me, other than not knowing about the washers and them falling out so easily - will be interested to see how long they last (but they did fine in top rack of dishwasher).Two reasons why I didn't give them 5 stars:1. There are silicone washers in the lids that I didn't know where there until I found one in the bottom of the dishwasher. And apparently two others got lost somewhere between opening the box and putting them in the dishwasher. Not sure how much difference it makes, I'll have to go back and test with and without to see if it's an issue. But, it would've been nice to know they were there before I unpacked them - maybe a note in or on the box?2. The mouths are wide enough that I can easily pour my juice from the juicing container without spilling. However, I prefer to add ice to my juice, just enough to chill it, so it would be nice if they had bottles with a wider mouth so that you can put ice cubes in them. (I have an auto-ice maker so I don't want to mess with those "water bottle" ice trays I know are out there).something about the size of a snapple bottle mouth would be great. Some might prefer the smaller, but it would be nice if Aquasana provided a larger one as an option.Suggestions for Aquasana:-Silicone Sleeves-Wider mouth-Different size options - apparently this is the only size - I've searched a bit and the only way I can get something smaller is if I get baby bottles - not great. Sometimes a larger one would also be nice.like a 32oz, and an 8 or 12oz option.-Some kind of cabinet organizer would be nice.Overall, great product, and I've been using them every day since I got them.
