I'm glad I got this little case for my Apple Pencil. Keep in mind that your case won't lie flat when attached when you open the case, but I just take it off when I want it to open. It will still be good on the case if you hold it and don't mind the slight bulge between the back and front of the case. I also like having a storage pouch for my adapter. I will attach pictures of it to my suitcase which I also bought here on Amazon for only $16 and it is so beautiful. This pencil case is used with my 2017 10.5" iPad Pro and fits perfectly. I've seen a few questions about this but haven't gotten an answer from anyone with a 10.5" body yet so I hope this helps , if you're considering it for your 10.5-inch chassis.
