Product: It's fantastic, easy to install and my kids love it. Customer Service: Not great. I had to send four emails to finally get a reasonably adequate answer as to what size the tees are (they are M10 x1.5 btw). You will need extra nuts when you attach the holds to a solid piece of wood and still want to move the holds as your climbing ability changes without removing the tree each time. The first email reply said they don't sell accessories separately (they didn't answer my full question). The second email reply sent an attachment with screw sizes (useless). In the reply to the third letter I was told to buy more nuts according to the previous letter (any more is useless). Finally, when I sent the specifications of a competitor's product in the fourth email, which included the details in the product description, I finally got a reply that it was size M10. I had to go to Home Depot myself to find out the thread pitch, which is 1.5. TLDR: Great product, disappointing customer service, I hope what I learned will help future buyers.
