Some buttons don't work
Netflix, Help, Actions Menu buttons didn't work from day one. The two concentrically arranged control buttons (total 10 buttons) are very difficult to operate. The middle key ("Enter") sometimes requires one and sometimes two consecutive presses to send a command. money wasted.
